Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the ONE MORE platform — including the website, mobile app, and Arena booking services — you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms periodically; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Accounts and access
You may browse the platform and add items to your cart without creating an account. An account is required only at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. ONE MORE reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Orders and fulfilment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed subject to product availability and successful payment processing. ONE MORE will communicate any issues with your order through the contact details you provide. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and availability.
Returns and refunds
Our returns process is described on the Returns page. Eligibility conditions and procedures apply as communicated at the time of purchase. ONE MORE aims to process returns and refunds in a fair and timely manner. Details are subject to our current operational policies, which may change.
Arena bookings
Court and class bookings are subject to availability and may be cancelled or rescheduled in certain circumstances. QR passes are issued upon confirmed payment and are non-transferable. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are communicated at the time of booking and may vary by service type.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the ONE MORE platform for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt platform operations, submit false orders, or engage in conduct that harms other users or the platform. ONE MORE reserves the right to restrict access for violations.
Intellectual property
All content on the ONE MORE platform — including the ONE MORE name, logos, design elements, and product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to ONE MORE. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ONE MORE's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the value of the relevant order or booking. ONE MORE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
